MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

a. Market Analysis and Strategy Development

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors in the car rental industry.
  • Develop strategies to penetrate new markets, attract customers, and increase market share.

b. Client Acquisition and Relationships Management

  • Identify and engage potential clients, including individuals, businesses, and organizations, to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized rental solutions.

c. Partnership Development

  • Establish partnerships with hotels, airlines, travel agencies, and other relevant businesses to promote crosspromotional opportunities and increase referrals.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing collaborations to maximize mutual benefits.

d. Fleet Management

e. Pricing and Revenue Management

  • Develop pricing strategies based on market demand, competitor pricing, and cost analysis to optimize revenue.
  • Monitor pricing trends and adjust rates as necessary to remain competitive while maximizing profitability.

f. Marketing and Promotions

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract customers.
  • Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising, to reach target audiences.

g. Customer Service and Satisfaction

  • Implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively to maintain positive customer relationships.

h. Performance Monitor and Reporting

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as revenue, customer acquisition, and fleet utilization, to track progress towards business development goals.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on business development activities and outcomes.

i. Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements governing the car rental industry, including licensing, insurance, and safety standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks related to business operations, customer service, and fleet management.

j. Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales and customer service professionals to achieve business development targets and deliver exceptional service.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and performance.

k. Continuous Improvement

  • Continuously assess business development strategies and processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

l. Networking and Industry Engagement

  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to stay updated on industry trends and establish professional relationships.
  • Represent the company in industry associations and forums to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • At least have Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Possess an experience in customer service and sales roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of customer for travel, airlines and company's product.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

RM5, RM7,000.00 per month
