**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Responsible for day-to-day administration including general administration support, data entry in record keeping, and organise files.
- Able to make recommendations and handle complaints and requests in a professional and calm manner.
- Taking care and update inventory, stationery's, office suppliers and other pantry stocks.
- Perform daily clerical and administrative functions to support management.
- Assist in any administrative or documentary tasks assigned by superior.
- Ensure all meeting rooms and equipment are in order at all times.
- Order supplies, coordinate mails and dispatch/courier services.
- Perform ad hoc duties and job functions assigned by superior.
- Provide secretarial services for office staff as needed.
- Update info into the database and document filing.
- Maintenance of records and filing systems.
