Compensation and Benefits Administrator

Career Wise is seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Administrator to join our team in EMEA. This role will be responsible for working with Regional Services Hubs, employees, and HR Systems to provide payroll input management, time management, customer service, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities- Consolidate and prepare payroll input for payroll vendor processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Execute time management activities in Success Factor to ensure timely payment of employees.
- Ensure payroll input processing adheres to established processes and compliance controls.
- Analyze payroll input transactions to identify errors and drive compliance to HR/Payroll guidelines.
- Prepare and submit various payroll input-related reports on scheduled timelines.
- Deliver 100% accuracy in payroll input administration and processing tasks.
- Support Site HR and COE administrative tasks as required.
- Address queries related to payroll and time processing activities.
- Provide second-line support within the HR Service Center for HR customers seeking assistance on Payroll Input and Success Factor Time domain matters.
- Experience with handling EMEA payroll inputs processes.
- Familiarity with Career Wise's HR and Payroll policies and procedures for EMEA countries.
- Understanding of functional architecture of Success Factor HR system for research and issue resolution.
- Ability to create and execute test scripts for system changes and issue escalation.
- Previous experience in IT, Human Resources, Payroll, or related service functions.
- Meticulous attention to detail and advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge are advantageous.
- Strong security and confidentiality practices are essential.
- Excellent time management and work prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Demonstrated strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Adaptive problem-solving skills, applying new methods and concepts to the Service Center.
- Strong process and procedure orientation, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical skills and a customer-focused approach are required.
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
