***Wat ga je doen?**:
Je bent als Supply Chain Administrator de administratieve ondersteuning op de afdeling Supply Chain. We streven ernaar alle onderdeelbehoeftes tijdig af te dekken. Je verwerkt orderbevestigingen, zorgt voor de juiste leverdata in het systeem en je volgt de openstaande bestellingen op. Je hebt contact met leveranciers over bijvoorbeeld backorders, product
- en of aantal afwijkingen. Collega’s informeer je proactief over levertijden.

Dit alles doe je binnen ons deskundige en gedreven team werkzaam op de afdeling Supply Chain.

**Concreet betekent dit**:

- Je verwerkt orderbevestigingen en volgt op dat orders worden bevestigd;
- Je zorgt voor juiste leverdata in ons ERP systeem, Microsoft Dynamics AX2012;
- Je beheert een aantal accounts;
- Je belt met leveranciers voor een directe opvolging van orders;
- Je handelt eventuele afwijkingen en/of retourzendingen af met de leverancier;
- Je plaatst afroepen binnen de afgesproken contracten; Je communiceert met de leveranciers in het Nederlands en Engels.

**Wat breng je mee?**:

- Kennis, die naar inhoud en niveau gelijkwaardig is aan MBO-4 niveau;
- Werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie;
- Goede kennis van het MS Officepakket;
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (woord en geschrift).
