**Payments And Channel Strategy Specialist** **-** **(**230001HM**)**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Channel and Payment Management Specialist to join our team. As a Channel and Payment Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of channel management, payment facilitator, vendor management, credit card terminal management, project management, project testing, and acquiring business solutioning. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and seamless transactions within our organization.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Channel Management:

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize channel performance, including partner onboarding, training, and relationship management.
- Monitor channel performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive channel growth and maximize revenue generation.

2. Payment Facilitator Management:

- Manage relationships with payment facilitators and processors to ensure smooth payment transactions.
- Oversee payment gateway integrations, compliance, and risk management.
- Resolve payment-related issues and inquiries from internal teams and external partners.

3. Outsourcing Vendor Management:

- Identify and onboard outsourcing vendors to support various operational needs.
- Define vendor requirements, negotiate contracts, and establish service level agreements.
- Monitor vendor performance, ensure compliance, and address any concerns or escalations.

4. Credit Card Terminal Management:

- Coordinate the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of credit card terminals.
- Collaborate with IT teams and payment service providers to ensure terminal functionality and security.
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to credit card processing.

5. Project Management:

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects related to channel management and payment processing.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

6. Project Testing:

- Conduct thorough testing of new payment system features, integrations, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with QA teams to define testing scope, develop test cases, and execute test plans.
- Document and report testing results, and facilitate issue resolution.

7. Acquiring Business Solutioning:

- Analyze business requirements and provide innovative solutions to improve acquiring business processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to design and implement business solutions.
- Monitor solution effectiveness, gather feedback, and make continuous improvements.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in channel management, payment facilitation, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of payment processing systems, payment gateways, and credit card terminal management.
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements related to payment processing is a plus.
