HR Admin Assistant Receptionist

**Responsibilities**
- Handle the Front Office Reception Desk, greet clients and visitors with a positive helpful attitude, and record and deliver messages to all concerns are unavailable.
- Responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the reception area always.
- Monitors and records visitor’s access daily in the visitor’s log record.
- Receives, sorts, and routes incoming/outgoing mail & courier daily.
- Maintain, coordinate, and record Stationery requests, stock, purchase requests, pantry and refreshment items, company vehicle insurance and road tax renewals, medical records, etc.
- Assist with the preparation of refreshments for visitors, GM & Directors as and when required.
- Maintain & record staff Attendance, Overtime, Medical Leave / Annual Leave forms and details as well as liaise with the HR Department to provide them with timely reports.
- Assist the HR Department with other clerical and admin-related duties as and when required.
- Supervise housekeeping work with designated staff including office fogging periodically and upon special request.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

- STM/STPM (required)
