Provide support to Authorized Users on both a reactive and a proactive basis.
- Manage Incidents from Authorized Users relating to the Services.
- Manage Service Requests from Authorized Users relating to the Services.
- Communicate to Authorized Users in English ( we also need Mandarin & Cantonese).
- Seamlessly integrate the Service Desk — including tools, interfaces, technology and processes.
- Provide a Service Desk with service management processes that conform to standards.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
