**About the Position**

**This role is a dual role managing administration and recruitment.**

**Administrative Function**
- Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
- The role will also include arranging travel, accommodation, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed.
- Plans/organizes and implements events such as meetings, business luncheons, or client dinners.

**Recruitment Function**
- Handle full spectrum of recruitment from job advertisement, sourcing, selection, coordinating and arranging interviews and job offer.
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and social media.
- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals escorting applicant to interviews.
- To handle and monitor Perkeso’s Hiring Incentive program for the group.
