INTEGRITY & GOVERNANCE UNIT (IGU), CHANCELLERY
(1016, JALAN SULTAN ISMAIL, 50250, KUALA LUMPUR)
**KEY ROLES**
- To carry out administrative duties including the preparation and management of budgets, requisitions and claims, managing office supplies, and maintaining files and records.
- To serve as the secretariat for meetings including preparation, scheduling, coordination and preparation of meeting minutes in English.
- To manage the ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) SharePoint.
- To manage scheduling for the Senior Manager of the Integrity & Governance Unit (IGU).
- To support the core functions of the Integrity & Governance Unit (IGU) and undertake other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in any related field accredited by the Malaysia Qualification Agency (MQA) or recognized by the Public Service Department (PSD).
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- No disciplinary record.
- Well-versed in spoken and written Malay and English.
- Knowledge and experience in preparing paperwork, meeting minutes, handling events, and familiar with budget preparation.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as participate in a team.
- High integrity and can keep confidential information.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Multi-tasking and good teamwork.
