Office Administrator

To manage the overall office administration work including Office Supplies, engage Services to maintain office well-being
- To manage Company Assets i.e Company laptop Handover, Laptop Tracking, other assets management
- To assist operation in travel management i.e book air ticket, hotels, arrange transportation for staff follow company travel policies
- Office event management i.e planning, engage service providers, organize related tasks
- Manage company forms, support documentation process
- Any other duty as assigned by the Management
**Requirements**:
- Applicant must possess at a Diploma/ Higher Diploma in Business Administration or any related field.
- Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be computer literate with good working knowledge of computer skills with Microsoft Office.
- Able to converse in verbal and written English
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
