Office & IT Administrator

Responsibilities
- To coordinate with peers within the Company to update records for financial requests, purchase orders and other financial matters
- To coordinate with suppliers for Office inventory items, including purchasing tasks, managing delivery and stock taking.
- To coordinate with various regulatory authorities and any other relevant authorities for the submission of related documents.
- To prepare and edit correspondences, reports and presentations
- Any other tasks as and when required by the management
- Maintain company profiles and records to ensure they remain updated
- Prepare and mail bills, contracts and inventories
- Provide technical support to end-users.
- Set up user computer and printer, troubleshooting for PC hardware and software
- Install and perform repairs for PCs, Software and related peripherals User data backup and transfer
- Provide support for all staff in IT related matters
- Coordinate and liaise with vendors for the purchase, repair and maintenance of IT
**Requirements**:
- Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Basic bookkeeping and math skills
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion with personal and confidential information
- 5 years of experience as Administrative Assistant Manager
- Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage
