Job Description:
- To responsible for providing administrative support to the organization’s operations. This includes coordination office activities managing administrative staff, and providing general administrative support to the management team;
Detailed Job Responsibilities:
- Manage factory and office operations, including maintenance of office equipment, supplies and facilities;
- Provide general administrative support to the management team, including drafting and formatting documents, preparing reports and scheduling meetings and appointments;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including foreign employees files and other important documents and ensure that all records are stored in proper;
- Manage the organization’s budget, including tracking expenses, preparing reports, and making recommendations for cost savings;
- Administer the processing of work-related passes (arranging fomema, work permit renewal and opening account) for foreign workers;
- Purchase all the stationery’s, printing documents, any other office facilities;
- Manage and coordinate overall HR functions among the branches;
- Leave Management (medical claim and hospitalize claim);
- Coordinate payroll supporting documents (medical claim panel/non panel, driver’s trip allowance, deduction & others;
- Any other duties assigned by Human Resources and Admin Senior Executive from time to time;

- Ensure that tasks are completed on time;
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities accordingly;
- To work as part of a team and need to be able to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals;
Qualifications / Experience:
- Preferably Diploma in Administration Management or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years working experience in manufacturing industry
Skills & Knowledge:
- Communication skills;
- Time management;
- Computer skills;
- Knowledge of office procedures
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
