Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals.
- Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping.
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with date storage system (ERP).
- Ensure goods/products produced by Production Department, purchased from suppliers and transferred/purchased from other sources are properly received and stored for easy retrieval.
- Monitor and review stock holding levels to ensure turnaround time is adequate to ensure stock availability.
- Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short-term and long-term performance goals.
- Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
- Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
- Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the customers, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
- Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed.
- Review, analyse, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention.
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
- Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Analyse & review monthly stock reports such as stock turnover, write off, returned, adjustment and variance report besides preparing any ad-hoc reports as and when required by management.
- Take control of necessary safety arrangement for the storage of stock to ensure zero accident target.
- Ensure the accuracy and timely data entry of inventory to avoid delays.
- Any other assignment or duties which may be required by the management from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree/Diploma any related field with five (2) year and above of experience.
- Good Leadership skill.
- Problem solving skill

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
