The PTP team member is responsible for the timely completion of the tasks detailed below and actively supports the PTP Manager to ensure high quality services are offered to the entities serviced by the Shared Service Center.

**What does the role involve?**:

- Execute/ develop clear and efficient accounts payables process in the A2 SSC.
- Execute/ set up lean and consistent travel & expenses process.
- Execute consistent and correct financial bookings incl. prepayments and intercompany bookings.
- Operate internal controls, esp. order and invoice approvals.
- Consistent filing of invoices.
- Participate in or lead global projects related with the Purchase to Pay area.

**What you need is**:

- Qualified finance professional.
- At least 4 to 5 years of SSC experience, especially in PTP scope
- Preferable with SAP, OCR tools and Concur (good to have) exposure
- Educational achievement at degree level or equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 3.0.
- Solid A/P knowledge.
- Project work experience.
- Enthusiastic, proactive and self-reliant person with good communication skills
- Proven interpersonal skills and a talent for leadership with some managerial experience
