Personal Assistant

**Main Responsibilities**:
- To coordinate and facility the Managing Director’s calendar to arrange the appointments, meetings, conferences and hotel booking
- To prepare the agenda and take meeting minutes and keep records of proceedings
- To screen phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them when appropriate
- To follow up the project pending items on behalf of Managing Director and report to Managing Director from time to time
- To deal with general correspondence with internal and external parties
- To perform and monitor assigned multi-tasks efficiently
- To assist directors with government engagement and sending documents if necessary
- To undertake special assignments and related duties as and when required by the Managing Director
**Requirements**:
- Required language(s): Mandarin, Malay, English
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Minutes Writing Skill, Payroll calculation, Communication Skill, Problem Solving Skill, Able to work under fast pace environment, project follow up skill
- Working Days: 5.5 days
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
