We are seeking a qualified customer service professional with experience in healthcare to add to our expanding team. You will be in charge of returning calls from previous, present, and potential clients in this position. You will respond to their inquiries, give them preauthorization for medical care, and provide them details on co-payments and other relevant matters. It will be your responsibility to address a customer's issue over the phone in a way that meets their needs.

Health Care Customer Service Responsibilities:

- Answer customer phone calls and provide them with the information that they request
- Resolve customer complaints in a fair manner
- Elevate customer concerns to managers and supervisors as needed
- Become knowledgeable about our company’s offerings
- Provide exceptional customer support in every phone call

Health Care Customer Service Representative Requirements:

- Can speak English/Mandarin/Cantonese
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Willingness to work at odd hours as dictated by scheduling needs
- Ability to quickly survey vast amounts of information to answer customers’ questions
- Exceptional verbal communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
