HR Manager

**Location: KLIA**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Develop and implement the human resource development program to help ensure that employees strive for the excellent performance and delivery.
- Develop and implement the HR overall strategic goals and initiatives and ensure that these are aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Develop the HR Policies, systems and processes and ensure that they are implemented and executed effectively and efficiently.
- Spearheaded the team in managing the overall HR activities and programs including the staffing process including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to identify staff needs and strategize for the development of the annual workforce planning.
- Maintain and ensure employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant statutory regulations and requirements.
- Develop a compensation strategy for all employees based on the market research and pay surveys; keep the strategy up to date.
- Provide direction, guidance and leadership to the teams on the HR processes and procedures to always ensure compliance to those guidelines and governance.
- Ensure that the employees’ issues, grievances and conflicts are properly managed for resolution thus maintaining the harmonization of employee relations within the Company.
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to ensure that the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
- Instill the development and implementation of distinct mindset, behavior and culture to achieve excellence performance by leading the adoption and implementation of value interventions to promote a high sense of commitment, ownership and accountability that will contribute to the operational excellence.
- **QUALIFICATIONS**_
- **Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field (Human Resources Degree preferred)**:
- Proven experience as an HR manager or similar roles in related industries.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices and HR statutory legal requirements
- Strong understanding of change management principles and experience leading organizational change initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all level within the organization
