Sales Manager, Merchant Partnerships

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead business development efforts to identify and recruit quality, suitable merchants and successfully negotiate partnerships deals that align with the company’s objective.
- Manage relationships with key decision makers, to ensure strong relationships.
- Monitor the growth of the merchant base, implementing strategies for expansion.
- Lead, guide, and motivate team members to achieve business goals and targets.
- Ensure team members align with the company's vision and strategies.
- Foster the team to grow and assist members in reaching their KPI. Maintain positive working relationships within the team.
- Address inquiries and concerns from merchants promptly and professionally.
- Liaise with merchants to negotiate promotions, privileges, and deals that align with client goals.
- Prepare and maintain management reports, including the Merchants Master list and weekly updates.
- Perform administrative tasks and provide necessary support as required by the management
**Qualities**
- Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in Management roles in Sales and Marketing, Promotional Strategies, Communication, or related roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Business development expertise, with a focus on identifying and signing quality deals.
- In-depth understanding of brick & mortar business or e-commerce.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Has successfully led teams to achieve daily and monthly KPIs.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
