**Salary**: Up to RM 1,800 (**Basic**) + RM 100 (**Shift Allowance**) + Overtime

**Working Location**:Bukit Raja, Klang, Selangor

**Reporting Date**: 1st March 2024

**Job Descriptions**:

- Responsible for updating stores on time and accurately.
- Follow up and work with the JMS Team in transport to get the latest update on truck statuses.
- Responsible for timely and accurate responses to store inquiries/feedback.
- Continuous improvement through KPIs tracking and effective reporting.
- Attend to calls and respond immediately or follow up to ensure closure to all inquiries.
- Responsible for communicating clearly with internal and external customers.
- Keep the manager informed about progress/problems.
- Express opinions in a professional manner.
- Display an approachable and sincere demeanor.
- Responsible for preparing training material for the team (if necessary).
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager.

**Job Requirements**:

- SPM/Diploma in any field.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in customer service and similar role.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Good working attitude, willing to learn and take on challenges.
- Able to start immediately and work in Klang.
- Fully vaccinated for Covid-19.
