- Provide information to guests about the resort, its amenities, and nearby attention.
- Assist guests with making reservations for activities and events.
- Serve as liaison between the customer and other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure that guests’ needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, requests, and complaints.
- Provide feedback to management on improving guest satisfaction and the overall guest experience.
- Knowledgeable of customer service inclusive of resort reservation, ground transportation, information on local attractions and activities, and other information that provides valuable services to our customers.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on their feet.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive Attitude, team-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
- Fluency in multiple languages

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:
