**Introduction
Responsible for managing the overseas team of the customer contact center, developing and implementing relevant business plans to ensure the smooth operation of the overseas workplace business. Responsible for team management and employee training to improve team business level and efficiency.

**In this Role, you’ll get to**
- Develop and implement departmental business plans to ensure the smooth operation of overseas business;
- Responsible for team management and employee training to improve team business level and efficiency;
- Establish and maintain good business relationships, communicate with partners to ensure smooth business cooperation;
- Guide and evaluate the work performance of subordinates, provide feedback and support, and promote personal and professional development of employees;
- Effectively establish quality management guidelines and work collaboratively with departments to demonstrate service value;
- Pay attention to industry trends and competitor dynamics, propose optimization suggestions, and improve the company's core competitiveness.

**What you'll Need to Succeed**
- Work location: Kuala Lumpur, willing to travel for business purpose.
- Need to have TMC industry experience, 3-4 years of work experience, familiar with overseas business travel market and industry;
- Have excellent team management and leadership skills, familiar with team management theory and practice;
- Proficient in financial management and budget preparation knowledge, understanding accounting standards and tax policies;
- Have keen market insight and risk awareness, accurately grasp industry trends and competitor dynamics;
- Have strong decision-making, execution, and risk resistance abilities, be willing to take responsibility and dare to challenge.
