Contract Customer Service Coordinator

To handle incoming incoming calls and manage walk-in customers.
- Inquiries and complaints handling.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Generate quotations into SAP system.
- Ad-hoc request when is necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Degree / Diploma in related study field
- 1-2 years of working experience
- **Fresh graduate** is encourage to apply
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Multitasking, organize and with pleasant personality.
- Well verse in Microsoft Office Tools (mainly Outlook, Excel, Word)
