**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of fulfilment process, ensure all the orders fulfill on-time
2. Reply and Response to Customer Chat Enquiries
3. Solve and Provide Recommendation for all the Chat Enquiries including Order Issue, Product Recommendation and etc.
4. Responsible of Store Rating, Ensure all the Low Rating being attended and solved.
5.. Manage customer inquiries and customer service.
9. Liaise with stakeholders or other department about the latest promotion and timely update to customer.
10. Liaise with all the Affiliate Creators at the Marketplaces (tiktok/shopee)
11. Any other duties as assigned by the management
**JOB REQUIREMENT (SKILLS)**
1. Passionate about Customer Service and Patient in handling Customer Enquires.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with customers and other team members
3. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
4. Able to work under fast paced working environment
5.Strong Communication Skill
**JOB REQUIREMENT (BEHAVIOURALS)**
1. Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
2. Proactively seek solutions until issues are resolved.
3. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
4. Self-motivated and a good team player.
5. Able to handle stress especially dealing with customer
6. Mon-Fri, 8 Hours in Office. Need to Support 1 day alternate week night chat
**QUALIFICATION**
1. Must Possess at least SPM
2. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
