**Your day to day**:

- Lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives across various geographic territory assignments to achieve our sales and talent development objectives.
- Set the direction and empowering your Inside Sales team for: pipeline generation esp. in SMB segment for volume-selling, new customer acquisitions, working with our channel partners to accelerate growth and recruiting new resellers.
- Coach and develop a team of 20+ Inside Sales representatives (made up of SDRs for inbound, BDR for outbound and ICAMs for channel management) based in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Delhi to deliver against our territory sales goals in Australia & New Zealand, Japan, India, Southeast Asia and Korea.
- Set the tone for the team fostering a culture of strong achievement, inclusiveness, collaboration, creativity and accountability while championing for your team’s career development.
- Build and drive territory strategy and priorities with guidance from regional sales leaders and country teams. Continuously optimize our sales methodology and share best practices to improve efficiency and focus, enable scale and ultimately, yield better results.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to maximize results (channel, field sales, system engineering, marketing, sales acceleration, etc.)
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to develop and execute individual and group training opportunities, identify development needs and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Corporate teams to evaluate and determine the right set of sales technology and tools for Inside Sales in Asia Pacific.
- Lead weekly business reviews and forecast activities to achieve sales goals and hold individuals accountable for outcomes
- Use targeted metrics and data to continually assess and manage both sales performance and talent performance.

- Seasoned and proven quota-carrying Inside Sales leader with at least 5 years of successful sales track record and relationship management experience.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management capabilities with the ability to lead multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.
- Proven people manager with a track record of hiring, mentoring and coaching high-performance sales teams.
- Good understanding of B2B marketing lifecycle, demand generation and sales funnel development. Good understanding of IT and related technology. Experience in Video and Unified Communications & Collaboration is a plus.
- Familiar with Sales technology and tools used in an Inside Sales organization (eg. Outreach, Qualified, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
