**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them.
- Explain our product & services to customers and lead them to place order.
- Understand the problems and challenges of customers and identify ways the services could better address those needs.
- Resolve any customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
- Build rapport and relationship with new and existing clients to establish loyalty and repeated sales.
- Provide excellent customer service and uphold professionalism to reflect company’s image.
- Participate in strong teamwork and working relationship with colleagues at all times.
- Seek continuous improvement in the following areas to enhance job skills and competencies; product knowledge / selling skills/ marketing intelligence.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES**
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Advanced skills in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Possess valid driving license D.
- Possess own transportation.
- Able to work under pressure and multi-task.
- Well-developed time management skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
- Ability to be proactive and take initiative.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
