Answer incoming calls from customers to log a problem ticket
- Handle complaints
- Provide necessary IBM product/support process-related information

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma
- Required language proficiency (English & Mandarin)(Canto speaker is an added advantage)
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
- Some experience in a call center or customer service environment (added advantage)
- Good data entry and typing skills

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
