DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Space Planning Management
Manage Strategic and Tactical planning scope for seamless and efficient execution ensuring highest customer satisfaction, achieving above 95% POU record.
Drive efficient project planning, prioritization and change controls to optimize resources and meet deadlines.
Develop, establish, and controls the methods, procedures, and systems to increase overall effectiveness of facilities utilization and space management, including detailed awareness of space availability within certain key strategic buildings workstation and track ongoing utilization.
Actively interface on Space Planning client support improvement projects, processes and procedures, and drive seamless execution.
Lead the SPP team on sustainable and consistent lab audit and building space audit as per defined in SLA or agreed cadence.
Ensure consistency of regional policies & procedures with constant updating of indicators and that all stakeholders have adequate familiarity with the systems as well as the policies.
Ensure all Financial and Procurement Management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Implement Operational Documented Procedures and performance measures to ensure simplification and accuracy of work methods and reliability of the programs.
Interface directly with clients to identify and analyze critical needs, define problems, and develop specifications for solution process.
Effectively follow up, review, drive subordinates and response to client for any enquiries pertaining SPP.
Constantly engage and provide cost-effective and innovative solutions to minimize client cost, safety improvement or enhance existing efficiency, reduce workload, and implement automation process steps to reduce human dependent.
Establish strong working relationships with all with key stakeholders (Intel CS, Business Units, Project, IT, BES etc.) for successful completion and effective communication.

Quality Management
Implement a comprehensive quality management program aimed to improve the Quality indicators, and spearhead the implementation from commencement through to completion, in compliance with client’s standard and other prevailing standards, within defined scope and schedule.
Implement continuous quality improvement practices, ensuring initiatives are adhered to maximize the benefits to client accounts, and audit all internal management systems, for quality assurance.
Coordinate and manage comprehensive ISO audits readiness plan aimed at zero non-compliance. Area of Focus:

Environment and Safety Compliances

Ethics and Compliance
Develop and disseminate corporate ethics statements, policies and supporting documents including forms and acknowledgements.
Oversee the development and implementation of corporate ethics and conflict-of-interest case study training.
Conduct ethical decision-making training for management on ethics issues and avoiding conflicts of interest.
Conduct investigations pursuant to complaints and allegations of ethical wrongdoing or conflicts of interest. Prepare written investigative reports as necessary.
Develop and maintain confidential procedures for the handling and processing of complaints and allegations.
Provide processes for the confidential hearing of employee issues related to the ethics or conflicts.
Track the ethical case and share with JLL regional ethics coordinator.
Review employee handbooks and other policies to ensure they meet current legal standards.
