JLL supports the Whole You, personally and professionally.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Provides administrative support and ensure efficient operation of the office.
Manage all the process for the quotations, invoices and finance budget for engineering project.
Track and update Project Tracker Smartsheet. Communicate the process and update with the project requestor.
Liaise with finance and procurement on the process of arrange line walk, competitive bidding, OEM, initiate tender, converting quotation and to raise POR.
All invoices received from our vendors will also be on your watch—ensuring that they are checked, verified, and authenticated based on regulatory standards.
Work closely with our Client’s Accounts Payable Team to guarantee the timely receipt of payments and processing of invoices within the cut-off.
Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
Monitor, update and maintain daily attendance and leaves for Engineering Dept.
Update operations shift duty rosters in Cadena System for overtime record purpose.

**Requirements**:
Proficient in spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Must have high level of confidentiality.
Pleasant personality, responsible, self-motivated, and willing to learn attitude.
Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
