Human Resource Executive

Handle day to day HR Functions and Duties
- Compile and update employee records; such as; annual leave, Medical leave, remuneration packages and others.
- coordinate recruitment interview and providing necessary inputs during hiring process
- process reports and documentation for staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluation and etc.
- Deal with employees with human resource issues, rules and regulations
- Handle and administrate contract and foreign labour
- Liaise with all government bodies to ensure adherence to compliance when necessary
- Manpower planning, recruitment statistics and staff turnover analysis
- Handle monthly payroll processing, including preparing salary report, overtime calculation (when required), and generate statutory deduction report for employer and employee monthly contributions
- Administer staff medical claims, expenses claims, medical insurance, and related employee benefits
- Perform other duties when instructed by superior
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
