**Job descriptions**:

- Assist in the management and operation of infrastructure services, providing support to the team.
- Demonstrate leadership and sound business acumen, showing consistency among principles, values, and behavior, thus building the trust and confidence of customers and business partners and following through on commitments.
- Compliance to all policies, procedures, and ethical standards - Builds effective relationships with colleagues, clients, customers, and business partners.

- Contribute to the implementation of infrastructure strategies and projects.
- Help maintain the performance and availability of infrastructure systems while troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborate with other teams to understand their infrastructure requirements and support design and/or implementation.
- Participate in the implementation of best practices and process improvements within the infrastructure services.
- Assist in the development of infrastructure documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.
- Contribute to the optimization of resource allocation for infrastructure tasks and projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 - 3 years or above experience as Team Lead/Supervisor in service delivery/IT/Customer Service-related environment
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Training/Coaching in BPO company
- Understand MWS solution and implementation of services
- Fluent in English and Japanese (JLPT-N2 and above)
- Added advantage: Six Sigma certification

**Other Qualifications**:

- An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, are a plus
