Customer Service Specialist

**Requirements**:
- Required language(s): Mandarin is MUST due to business requirement, English
- Applicants must be willing to perform 24-hour SHIFT work (on rotation basis).
- Five working days per week, on rotation basis
- You are required to work after your shift hours or on weekends or public holidays when the situation so requires.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Call Center, Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- On-the-job training will be provided.
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the program users' point of contact and ensure timely resolution of reported technical or functional first level program utilization difficulties.
- Identify clients' requirements and ensure they are answered or routed to the appropriate support area.
- Provide operational support to clients by answering calls and online queries, analyses reported issues and offer appropriate advice and/or answers.
- Keep and update reported issues and work closely with Technical Support team to assure quality client customer service.
- Provide feedback to enhance existing programs by analyzing business objectives and identifying areas for modification and improvement.
- Provide product and technical guidelines for clients and educate clients on how to use the new features or add-on programs.
- Undertake other ad hoc duties assign from time to time.
