Customer Support Japanese Native Speaker

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identify and escalate issues appropriately.
- Work closely with other relevant department in resolving customer's feedback.
- Collect data and update Customer Service Knowledge Base.
- Monitor and control numerous concurrent tasks in tandem.
- Proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals.
- To perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Preferable with 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Fluent in spoken and written Japanese and English is a MUST.
- Willing to work shifts and commit to work during weekends.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations.

**Working Hours**:

- 12 hours per day (including 2 x 1-hour break).
- 4 workdays per week.
- Hiring for 2 shifts
- Dayshift - 9am to 9pm
- Nightshift - 9pm to 9am (allowance applies).

Training will be provided.

Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

Remuneration will be commensurate to relevate skillsets and experience.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
