This role will be **handling primarily Microsoft Products and their complimenting products that forms a complete solution deployed to clients, as well as in-house products as customised solutions for clients**. Prior experience to these products would be an added bonus, but fundamental knowledge is expected.

1. Microsoft Products includes, but not limited to Dynamics GP, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), Windows Servers and Desktops, M365, and Azure

2. Complimenting products around the primary Microsoft products includes eOne, BI tools etc. that can be identified or added on if found suitable

3. This role is reporting to the Team Lead / Manager, depending on the experience and seniority

4. Current team is 3-5, target is 5-8

5. They start from Support role, then with increasing knowledge, experience, and expertise, advance to Consultant role, which is a role that we expect and would groom to be an all rounder.

6. New headcount

7. Working in office is required. Hybrid mode may be possible later on depending on scope and assignments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
