Job Descriptions:

- Develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with company goals and values.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
- Design and implement performance management systems, including regular performance appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
- Create and execute employee development programs that enhance skills and promote career growth.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation structures.
- Develop human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting and anticipating requirements.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and grievance management.
- Accomplish special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a respectful and inclusive work environment.
- Utilize HR analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and make data-driven recommendations.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the HR team.
- Collaborate with management and other departments to achieve company-wide goals

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of working experiences in HR Operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial level positions.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and industry best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a high-performing HR team.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and provide data-driven insights.
- Diligent and firm with high ethical standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
