Human Resource Task
- To provide full functions of Human Resources activity in the organization by maintaining, organizing, maintain and update internal databases personnel records of relevant employee information.
- To develop procedure align with the government rules and regulations, upgrade and supervise procedures for current employee and new employee onboarding, prepare offer documentation, and conduct orientation sessions.
- Keep a track record of leaves such as sick or maternity.
- Update company policies and FAQ Documents in lieu of Director/VP of HR.
- First point of contact with employees on HR-related issues.
- Ensure legal compliance.
- Update, maintain, and present reports with KPIs such as turnover rates and hires by each department.
- Assist payroll department by providing employee information on leaves and employee benefits.
- Gather staffing needs from the Head of Departments, and create and publish job ads.
- Administer performance management program by monitoring employee appraisals and salary revisions.
- Provide guidance on employee behavior and launch investigations.
- Provide training and development opportunities.
- Take meeting minute notes.
- Calculate staff entitlements such as annual leaves.
- Prepare correspondence, arrange meetings, processing confidential reports and documents.
- Handle all employee queries, written or verbal with the utmost confidentiality.
- Brings issues to managers’ notice.
- Keep up to date on current issues and matters related to the HR department.
- Frequently interact with managers and heads of various departments to disseminate information.
- Organize and supervise all travel arrangements for employees.

Administration Task
- Responsible of administrative and secretarial functions supporting the department.
- Manage office assets and office facilities control.
- Organize and maintain files or documents records.
- General office management
- Arranging both internal and external events.
- Attend any incoming & outgoing call as well as visitors.
- To perform any ad-hoc task by the Management from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
