**Qualifications**

**Responsibility**

❖ **Process documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment,**

**training, grievances, performance evaluation, etc.)**

❖ **Assist in the daily operations of HR functions and duties.**

❖ **Provide clerical and administrative support to Management.**

❖ **Maintain and process accurate and complete HR and employee records such as attendance and leave.**

❖ **Handles HRDF.**

❖ **Assist the Human Resource Manager in the formulation of hiring policies.**

❖ **Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees.**

❖ **Handle employee requests regarding human resource issues, rules and regulations in a timely manner.**

❖ **Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, holidays, etc.)**

❖ **Handle complaints and complaint procedures correctly.**

❖ **Assist in the formulation and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.**

❖ **Advise and help employees understand human resources policies and procedures.**

❖ **Ensure the smooth flow of information between employees and Human Resources.**

❖ **Coordinate activities across the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company**

**policies.**

❖ **Supervise administrative staff members, dividing responsibilities equally to improve performance.**

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 3 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Kuala Terengganu (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Kuala Terengganu: Relocate before starting work (required)

Willingness to travel:
