**職位描述:**
- 直接向聯絡中心部(CCD)科長報告聯絡中心的整體運作。
- 每月和每年審查營運績效並提供新的行動/計劃。
- 確保營運符合內部政策和準則以及國家銀行的要求。
- 確保員工滿足個人 KRA 要求並為部門的整體 KRA 做出貢獻。
- 根據 PDCA(計劃、執行、檢查、行動)週期,對該部門的績效和營運進行管理、審查並採取糾正措施。
- 開發和執行信用評估培訓模組,並研究員工培訓和發展。
- 招募、培訓和監督下屬進行多任務操作和彈性的工作時間/天數。
- 經營業績報告。
- 確定營運限制和可能的行動計劃。
- 員工的職涯發展。
- 回饋/投訴管理。
**要求:**
- 至少擁有學士學位或同等專業資格。
- 至少 5 年聯絡中心營運直接經驗,以及至少 3 年管理層級經驗。
- 來自金融服務/銀行業背景的候選人將獲得額外優勢。
- 領導特質和出色的人際溝通能力。
- 流利的英語和馬來語溝通能力。
- 較強的分析能力和抗壓性。
- 設法在團隊環境中工作。
