**Job Description**:
- Responsible to receive and process customers’ orders in timely manner with assurance of timely delivery.
- To generate necessary purchase orders to suppliers and ensure the available stock is sufficient and suitable for the fulfilment of commitment to customers.
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Supporting Business Unit - Internal MRO/OEM and Project team on order processing, best-sourcing and purchasing functions
- Monitor of stock movement to ensure mínimal inventory on hand
- Work closely with Operations team and supplier to ensure on-time
- delivery and keep customers informed on deliveries information and
- other updates
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and traceability of documents
- Ensure compliance with Purchasing Policy and Company’s guidelines
- Vendor Management
- Perform other duties as assigned
**Prerequisites**:
- Minimum Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience
- Familiar with SAP Business One system
- Resourceful and good interpersonal skills
- Possess good problem-solving skills, project management skills and able to handle multiple projects and tasks of varying complexity
