1. Reporting to Human Resource Manager 2. Attending to all incoming and outgoing calls appropriately and courteously 3. Attending to walk-in customers and visitors 4. Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing of documents 5. Handle day-to-day incoming and outgoing documents / mails for postage, courier services or dispatch by having the record in place 6. Compile and forward courier consignment notes to finance department monthly for payment 7. Coordinate the usage of Conference Room for any meetings or discussions 8. Perform and organize other general administrative duties as and when required by management 9. To properly keep all P&C files and to maintain secrecy for all HR-related information 10. Ensure that all reports are efficiently administered for the related. 11. To assist HRM in daily HR operations & office facilities, to monitor stock balance of uniform, scan card, stationery, toiletries etc., to raise Purchase Requisition and liaise with Purchasing Dept for order 12. To schedule & monitor subordinates i.e. Janitors and Security Guards 13. To perform other duties as assigned by superior
