**Work Location : Menara HeiTech Village, USJ 1, Selangor**

**Job Function**

Coordinates between customers and internal department; process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfil customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery arrangements until customers’ doorsteps.
- Report to Customer Service HOS and (or) Sales Manager.
- Perform office-based administrative duties whenever required by supervisor.
- Be initiatives on resolving issues and concerns of customers, including operational issues, documentations issues, pricing/invoices queries etc.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- To participate NMM company activities (5s, Safety, Environment & Energy, Budget Plan, ISO Documentation, etc) as assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- Possess Diploma or Degree qualifications or equivalent.
- 2 to 3 years related working experience in manufacturing industry is preferred.

**Competency Requirements**
- Customer Service skills: attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasion, professional telephone manners and communication skills, business writing skills.
- Basic knowledge on Microsoft Office software.
- SAP (added advantage).
- Good attitude, enthusiastic, responsible, trustworthy, ethical and goal focused.
