**Job Descriptions**:
1. Validate all redemption requests to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

2. Conduct verification calls to customers to confirm and gather necessary information.

3. Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.

4. Maintain detailed documentation of all transactions and customer interactions.

5. Attend to clients' delivery inquiries promptly and professionally, providing necessary information and assistance.

6. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

7. Assist with filing and organizing documents to ensure easy access and retrieval.

**Job Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Previous experience in fulfillment, supply chain, or customer support roles is preferred.

3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

7. Experience with CRM software is a plus.

8. Work from Monday to Saturday.

9. OT & Incentives would be given when necessary.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
