Job Description:
The Customer Service Professional's (CSP) role is to resolve customer complaints via phone. The CSP is required to greet customers warmly and ascertain problems or reasons for calling. The CSP is also required to assist customers with their inquiries.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Interact with customers via telephone to provide information and assistance
- Professionally handle a high volume of inquiries from customers
- Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service
- Able to resolve the calls within the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- You will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals
- Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and confidentiality - Maintain confidentiality of
customer information at all times
- Undertake any other duties as-and-when assigned by the Management

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must possess minimum SPM
- Must be able to speak Mandarin fluently
- Experience in customer service roles is desirable. Past working experience in contact/call center are encouraged to apply
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Personality traits - Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical and goal focused
- Customer service skills - Attentiveness, empathy, patience, and consistency, persuasive, immaculate telephone manners and communication skills
- Stress tolerance and ability to work under pressure
- Able to work on public holidays and weekends and night shift basis (Last shift 12 AM)
- Required to have own transportation arrangement

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
