**Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.
- **Coordination**: Coordinate between different departments and teams to ensure smooth operation and communication within the organization.
- **Project Management**: Assist with or lead various projects aimed at improving operational efficiency or implementing new systems and processes.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Generate and analyze reports on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.

6. **Others**: Maintain a filing system & printing

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant min 1 year.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
