- Timely execution of purchasing task of processing purchase requisition requests from Project Managers, Service Managers and APAC users.
- Supplier management including follow up with suppliers for order confirmation, timely deliveries and review quality deliveries against the orders.
- Evaluating supplier performance against any SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) or Master Agreements
- Local support to the Commercial Administration Team covering: Incoming inventory - ensure the proper amount was received and the quality is acceptable. Outgoing deliveries - supporting shipment requesting
- Maintain records of all transactions, producing progress reports regularly for a smooth and efficient workflow.

- Diploma Holders
- Ideally 1 year relevant experience but fresh graduates are welcome.
