Procurement & Administrative Executive

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist in the procurement & administration tasks.
- Continuously source for goods, services, potential vendors in ensuring price competitiveness and also identifying alternatives for goods & services.
- Identify potential vendors, visiting existing vendors and building and maintaining good relationship with them.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure appropriate stock levels maintained.
- Maintain updated records of goods purchased, inventory level, delivery information and invoices.
- Work closely with the Marketing & Sales Department for promotional goods & services to be procured to drive sales for the operation sites.
- Support business administrative tasks.
- Any and all other duties as & when assigned from time-to-time.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Posses a minimum Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management / Material Management / Business Studies or equivalent.
- Proficient in writing and speaking in English and Malay.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Possesses good research, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
