**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage foreign worker insurance, process government related claims, & etc.
- Planning, coordinating and organizing training activities and updating of training records.
- Assisting in arranging training related matters to meet training needs.
- Managing all HR documentation and memos including employment contracts, confirmation, promotion, warning letters, termination and acceptance of resignation, etc.
- Assist HR Manager in employee relations, grievances, and staff disciplinary issues
- Assist HR Manager to prepare the necessary letter related to Industrial Relations such as show cause letter, advice, reminder, suspension without pay, or warning letter.
- Manage all HR information and employee data when there are Employee Movements e.g. new hires, transfer, terminations, resign and etc.
- Provides appropriate first level advice, guidance and support to staff on all HR areas.
- Perform day to day HR operation and ad.hoc task given by superior and Manager.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or its equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in the construction industry in Malaysia.
- Strong leadership and management skills.

Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including labour laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to speak Mandarin due to highly liaising with China Stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address HR issues and challenges.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,870.68 - RM4,678.03 per month
