Reporting on disciplinary
- manage a DI process
- DI/ ER

Leave Management and Time Management
- Liaise with reporting supervisor to perform weekly/monthly checks on attendance reports.
- Verifying & tracking staff attendance record against leave record and roster.

Employees Data and Administration
- HR system updates (staff movement, career progression, resignation etc).
- Updating new hires in HR system.
- Safe keep and provide proper filing of all HR documents and ensure accurate data entry of personnel/employment.
- Processing HR-related correspondences (employment certification letter, staff movement, career progression, acceptance of resignation etc).

Recruitment & Staff Orientation
- Posting advertisements for any vacancy
- Interview arrangement
- Provide staff orientation and introduce to co-workers
- To perform any other instructions as may be assigned or directed by the management or immediate supervisors/managers.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
