Training and Development Officer

arrangementsa Responsibilities
- Identify training and development needs of all the departments within the company
- Identify skills and requirements needs of all the positions within the company
- Work with department managers to design and develop training programs and ensure they deliver results
- Prepare and design the in-house training materials for staff within the company
- Develop and carry up training and education plans for staff and store leader
- Take charge of training needs and do follow-up when training is being conducted in-house or public, such as making arrangement for the projector, request for payment, and other relevant things
- Maintain and improve training and development operations to enhance its efectiveness within the company.
- Designing tests to measure employees’ knowledge
- Organize training materials and oversee training programs
- Ensure that the planned training programs stay within budget
- Track and assess the progress of trainees and provide reports to the senior management
- Evaluating feedback from trainees about the efficiency of training procedures
- Research the latest HR technologies and training software
- Answer employee questions and inquiries related to training and development programs and resolve any training-related issues if they arise
**Requirements**:
- At least 3+ years of experience as an HR Training and Development Officer or a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research, organizational, and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
