Key Account Associate

**Job Brief**
We are looking for a proactive and highly ambitious Client Management Associate/Executive who will handle our Singapore client accounts. You will build and maintain a strong relationship with clients, be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs, ensure targets for the client are met, and help the client to succeed. Reporting to Head of Gateway, as Client Management Associate/Executive, your responsibilities also include overseeing client accounts, executing campaign plans, maintaining reports, and monitoring solution strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Target setting alignment with client and SSL to ensure the short-term and long-term target is set and an action plan is carried out to forecast numbers and to hit the target.
- Core responsibilities include relationship building, managing supply chain including demand planning/ stock management, campaign promotion management and monitoring, running business analytics & suggest solutions, ensuring operation performance is up to KPI set, and preparing required reports/ post mortem/ billings.
- Maintain close relationships with clients and strategic partners. Ensure clients' issues are addressed and fixed in a timely manner. Monthly meetings & daily communication with clients and platform PIC is necessary.
- Manage marketing planning and execution by employing business analytics to recommend and execute marketing strategy for clients assigned to complement to client’s overall business planning
- Coordinate with internal departments: operation team, listing team, content marketing team, customer service team to make sure key elements are provided to each team to ensure key the function of these teams can be operated smoothly
- Coordinate with Business Intelligence to prepare required reports and business analysis
- Prepare reports and conduct performance reviews with clients and the marketplace on a weekly or monthly basis
- Maintain master product list accuracy and processed billings such as statements, and claim invoices efficiently and on a timely manner
- Ensure the campaign's stock allocation/ demand planning is properly planned and carried out.
- Conduct stock take and reconcile inventory reports.
- Strive to push new initiatives to improve all SOP and processes
**Job Requirements**
- Experience in account management, retail procurement, or project management in the fields of e-commerce advertising will be an added advantage
- Experience with online marketing/ merchandising and or campaign planning is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce/ Business Administration Management/ Marketing/Finance is preferred
- Fluent and proficient in the English language, Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Minimum 1- 2 years experience in eCommerce/Marketing
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
