**JOB DESCRIPTION - HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE (ADMINISTRATIONS)**

The **Human Resources Administration** position plays an important role towards up keeping the day to day administrative matters pertaining to staff welfare, requirements, claims, leaves etc. This helps to establish a stable working environment and foster confidence of the staff with the organization to maintain a positive work culture.

**Salary**:
RM4,500 - RM 5,000 a month (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Full-time

**Experience**:
At Least 5 years experience in related field

No preference in race or gender, must be fluent in English.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the monthly payroll process for Malaysian teams, ensuring accurate and timely submission of statutory contributions.
- Distribute monthly payslips to Malaysian teams, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Update personal information of new hires upon onboarding and maintain all related documents in the employee data portal.
- Facilitate the probation appraisal process by sending out appraisal forms to respective Heads of Departments and ensuring timely completion.
- Prepare confirmation letters for confirmed employees and promptly notify the accounts department of any changes in salary.
- Draft and prepare other relevant letters as required from time to time.
- Manage office administrative matters such as raising work permits for renovation works when necessary.
- Arrange exit interviews for resigned employees and update in the individual personal file accordingly.
- Support other teams on other HR related matters as when required from time to time.
- Other ad hoc HR Admin related matters as assigned by superior from time to time.
- Maintenance of basic staff welfare. Eg Birthday, Pantry items, Townhall lunch etc
